I run a guild in pc/mac version and I have a hard time recruiting non veteran players, who don't end up quitting the game after a few days or weeks. I hate discriminating levels when I recruit new members, but this issue really bothers me.

I got a couple non veterans left in my guild, among a couple of low level veterans - the vast majority are v14's. My guild is very friendly, we help eachother out and are very social.

I am just very frustrated. Is this normal for guilds in this game? Please if any other guildmasters read this, have you experienced this issue also?



Sorry if I have posted this thread in the wrong board, I don't know where it belongs. I consider guild and recruitment mainly for the purpose of promotion of guilds and recruitment of players...
