Backlash and its morphs, pvp question (stealth charaters)

I'm a main spec healer, but while pvping I enjoy doing small scale groups with a few buddies, and DPSing.
Does Backlash and its Morphs Remain visible on characters that stealth? Or do they just cleanse and stealth it off?
Is it really useful at all?

I55UE5✭✭✭It remains on them while stealthed, though it will not reveal them until damage procs. It has its place in PvP because it can not get dodge rolled and helps keep track of people trying to LoS you.0 -

✭It's also nice in that it causes some burst pressure on the target. Pity the damage cap includes crits, would be nice if the damage cap was for the maximum non-crit damage and then allow it to crit over that.
Though I dont know how high the max damage scales on a VR14, since my templar is only VR3 atm.
