This is only #6930 of Bug compilation threads I've seen since PC launch.
Maybe you can dig the others from the archives, I'm sure they're still relevant.

I know there have been others, but I wanted to make a more recent one given all of the recent complaints. Feel free to link the other threads if you want to add to the conversation.

You might want to edit your thread title (edit is up in middle of page by Star next to your title) as well. Had no idea until I read your post that it was for exterminating game bugs...actually my first thought was you wanted a Kill on Sight List for Cyrodiil lol.

While for example Dawnbreaker's DoT hitting instantly can be considered a bug, the way people all start using the ability just for this is what constitutes exploiting. The same happened in the past with for example Nirnhoned weapons and happens now with for example Sharpened Maces.

Dawnbreaker may be a little different but I think even without the DoT instant it is still easily the best direct damage ult out there because it can only be countered by block and it's instant cast ult-level damage unlike any other non-NB ult. (Personally I've never used Dawnbreaker in PvP and dont see that changing for the same reason I don't use soul assault or meteor....just seems cheesy to me).
