    The Bounty Meter needs to be a little more clear...
    Bounty meter, was never explained really well to me in game.

    I can craft normal stuff in any set crafting area not a big deal (no guards).


    My real issue is guards that see through floors, or other weird spotting issues that cause me to lose a haul of stuff, even though I think I'm stealthed and safe.

    I know, I wish that as well, but I think they're trying to keep it clean, hence why I don't think they'll do that.

    Now, if it was blatantly obvious it was going to be an M rather than on the border of a T and an M, I'd be all for ripping clothes off!

    Oh, and I also wish you can move the bodies of the corpses so that you can drop them in, say, a flowing river or (if you're like me)...off a high cliff.

    As it is right now the only XP comes from kills/lockboxes and people who play JS content don't really advance their characters. I would like to see a XP reward for selling items to a fence as it could be controlled and is capped daily to limit too much abuse.

    Something like

    Green JS Item: Normal NPC kill XP (at your level)
    Blue JS Item: Elite NPC kill XP (at your level)
    Purple JS Item: Daily quest XP (at you level)*

    * This could even be higher considering how crazy these items are to find.

    I wish that there was an option to prevent stealing things on accident (i.e. accidental mouse click or stole item because dog barked, etc.)
    An option to avoid accidental stealing (of loose items) would be great.

    However, I would also like the NPCs to act as the tutorial says they are supposed to. Currently, NPCs only refuse to talk to you if you are Fugitive, while the tutorial text says they won't talk to you at Notorious. Guards are supposed to "actively search" for you if you are Notorious, but they just stand around like they always do. Essentially, there seems to be no difference at all between Disreputable and Notorious, despite the fact that a number of differences are mentioned in the pop-up text. If these differences are implemented as they are supposed to be, I would also like to see the Bounty Meter represent the levels more clearly:

    I think by making a change such as this, your current bounty level is more easy to see at a glance compared to what the current design offers.

    Add slave trafficking so my khajiit can have dunmer servants, see how they like it for a change.

    Really though, they just need to quit screwing around and add enforcers.

    I want it to be a more useful system, as it is, it is much easier and quicker to make money by most other means.

    I also wish that the PVP part of it would be implemented too though, and I also wish that guards were killable, yet still OP.

    Contracts on people who are notoriously known for thievery but have never been caught. Going after them requires someone of exceptional skill (the player).

    Oh! And the option to pickpocket Queen Aryenn.

    What would you pickpocket off of Queen Ayrenn, though? Her soul-gem operated boyfriend?

    Voted for killing innocents, reason is if you switch the prevention on it also stops you fighting guards.

    -Other: When having fugitive bounty status, other players may equip a Bounty Hunter's Tabard to attempt to collect it by any means necessary, splitting half of the proceeds collected from stopping the criminal scum, with the guards! Players may not unequip the Bounty Hunter's Tabard for ten minutes once worn, and fugitives are not cleared until they've paid their debt to society.

    I would really like to see a way to fool/pass guards even with a high bounty. Some type of theives disguise/costume or something of that nature so that if I wanted to keep my bounty high and be a notorious outlaw I could still enter towns, banks, etc. The costumes could have limited timers or high costs maybe so that it was still a challenge to get in and out of towns and cities without being caught. May even a function like the other disguises that if you get to close to enemies (or guards as the case may be) you may be recognized.

    I would like to see player guards added so having a bounty actually becomes a risk. At the moment bounty is just a bit annoying as not all npcs will talk to you, but the guards are to dumb to kill you if have at least some defensive skills.

    The system is fine as is, it just needs more depth i.e quests, pvp elements, thieves guild quests, missions and did I mention quests? We could even have events in towns like money is being sent via a wagon to the bank and we have to sneakily loot it while guards are distracted. Thats just off the top of my head, the possibilities are limitless, no excuse for leaving it as is it would be the biggest fail in video game history if so.

    Other: I don't like the way guards are "summoned" after someone "reports" me for stealing. I mean, how does the guard know it's me that stole, just because I walked out of a house? It reminds me of Oblivion's system where talking with a guard with a stolen item on me, even a guard "hundreds" of miles away, somehow knows I stole it.
