In Cyrodiil. Similar to how PvP Players went to PvE 4-person dungeons to get their gears.
Alternatively, you could buy the materials.
Unlike Undaunted sets, buying is apparently an option.
Going into PvE to get gear for PvP, is a lot different then going into PvP to get crafting mats.
Only because PvE players make excuses and are afraid of being killed by other players, while PvP players learned they were just going to have to suck it up and do it.
The actual act is not different, only the perceptions of those enacting them.
Having zergs run over your group or having gankers camping the quest locations is not scary, it is boring.
Fight them back! organize a white-knight group to patrol the sewers entrance and the streets of the Imperial City to secure it to yourself and your fellow brothers-in-arms OR if the resistance is too much (organized groups holding chockpoints or zergs) join or create an organized group and battle your foe to claim your prize! that's the spirit of AvA

yes its exactly the same , cos like if a pvp player goes into city of ash, for some undaunted sets . some pve guys can run in and kill him and take his stuff eh?......
Well, if he's not lucky enough, he will find a group of scrubs that will wipe a couple times, get a random item he doesn't need, pay a fortune for repairs, and ends up poorer than when he started.

That barrier being the totally broken POS known as the "Group Finder". That worthless waste of UI space has never once been useful. As a casual player without fixed times to play I have no real hope of joining a guild for regular "Wednesday Night Delving" or "Saturday Morning Raids". I'm forced to sit in zone chat and hope to hell I can find a group that needs my toon. "VR7 Stam/NB looking for .Spindleclutch" 10 minutes later "VR7 Stam/NB looking for Spindleclutch" 10 minutes later and 73 messages going by looking for healers or tanks "VR7 Stam/NB looking for Spindleclutch" Oh fudge it, skip that group dungeon and head to the next zone.
We so far never had specific crafting, so no. We will just do as always: bite the bullet and do itWhen Orsinium PvE zones are introduced with their specific crafting motifs and materials, PvP'ers will complain about lack of access to the new crafting
And what about those of us who don't enjoy spending their time in dungeons dealing with idiots complaining about gear and generally being obnoxious?Group dungeons will have V15 & V16 loot, which can be deconstructed. No need to enter PvP zones except to discover the dungeon entrances.
Fundamental difference .. PVE zones are entirely free of obnoxious gankers, PVP zones are full of them, no problem for a PVPer to go into them to gather mats. When Orsinium PvE zones are introduced with their specific crafting motifs and materials, PvP'ers will complain about lack of access to the new crafting

TV stones are a CURRENCY, not a crafting material. Of course they are not brought by a hireling.Hirelings can't bring nirnhoned trait gems. Hirelings can't bring perfect roe. Hirelings are unlikely to bring TV stones.Akavir_Sentinel wrote: »The VR16 crafting materials, such as Colossus ingots, should be brought to you by your hireling just like every other crafting material is. The fact YOU CHOOSE to engage in content I won't touch with a ten-foot pole is entirely irrelevant to me being FORCED to endure it.Only because PvE players make excuses and are afraid of being killed by other players, while PvP players learned they were just going to have to suck it up and do it.

#1: Mats will never be available via hirelings. You either purchase the mats or your purchase items to decon for the mats. This has already been indicated in the official thread.Caesar Tantalia wrote: »I think it's actually a good mechanic. V15/16 mats will be obtained through decon of any v15/16 gear which can be obtained through IC or any other non IC dungeon scaled to v15/16. On top of that, you have hirelings. TV is nothing more than a currency.
This mechanic will make the pledges popular again (aside from IC) amongst end PvE gamers. The only two questions thoughts I have:
1) how will non v15/16 chars be able to obtain these mats if they don't buy IC. Only through trading and hirelings? Not really an issue - just a question.
2) TV is basically the new AP. Having two currencies in one market -> what's the expected impact on the old market? Will every PvP player flee to the new market, abandonning the old one. If so, Cyr will be empty especially since pop cap is shared.
Are you on Xbox1 NA EP? If so, I'm vr6 always looking to group up for dungeons. GT is OnThaLooseontheleftcoast wrote: »Group dungeons will have V15 & V16 loot, which can be deconstructed. No need to enter PvP zones except to discover the dungeon entrances.
