Group dungeons will have V15 & V16 loot, which can be deconstructed. No need to enter PvP zones except to discover the dungeon entrances.
Where is PVE-PLAYERS should get new craft materials (water, rune and other) ? Only buy for over100500 gold in trade guilds? =\

In Cyrodiil. Similar to how PvP Players went to PvE 4-person dungeons to get their gears.
Alternatively, you could buy the materials.
Unlike Undaunted sets, buying is apparently an option.
I'm hoping the hirelings will give the appropriate items.

Going into PvE to get gear for PvP, is a lot different then going into PvP to get crafting mats.

Only because PvE players make excuses and are afraid of being killed by other players, while PvP players learned they were just going to have to suck it up and do it.
The actual act is not different, only the perceptions of those enacting them.

Great more stuff hidden behind the "group play" barrier. :P
That barrier being the totally broken POS known as the "Group Finder". That worthless waste of UI space has never once been useful. As a casual player without fixed times to play I have no real hope of joining a guild for regular "Wednesday Night Delving" or "Saturday Morning Raids". I'm forced to sit in zone chat and hope to hell I can find a group that needs my toon. "VR7 Stam/NB looking for .Spindleclutch" 10 minutes later "VR7 Stam/NB looking for Spindleclutch" 10 minutes later and 73 messages going by looking for healers or tanks "VR7 Stam/NB looking for Spindleclutch" Oh fudge it, skip that group dungeon and head to the next zone.

My question is are they going to Change the way we upgrade our items? Are they changing the materials for that?

Having zergs run over your group or having gankers camping the quest locations is not scary, it is boring.

That's how it will be, how it was with everything else, and how it shall forever be. With enough people able to do the group dungeons (scaled btw), or farm mobs in IC, the price will quickly drop to more normal levels with the saturation of the market.
Might suck at first, but if you're a crafter you're hardly gonna be looking to be first to get max VR16 gold gear and will find regular work down the line when prices are more affordable for the general playing population.
A little patience never hurt anyone.
