Eso plus not working (Ps4)

I got eso plus 3 dayd ago and its not working have no crowns and no eso plus active effects and i rang sony and they says its all god on there end so its elder scrolls anyone have the same problem and know how long it takes to get the crowns

    I have the same issue, i bought crowns and eso plus and not one thing has been done about it. I have rang Sony and contacted eso support and nether will give me an answer. That's fraud people

    I bought ESO Plus and Crowns a WEEK ago and I haven't received anything yet,
    Customer Support is USELESS
    I have been in contact with them multiple times and nothing only the same copy paste reply with no helpful information.

    I think if you want them to apply to your console account, they need to be bought through there, not on the website, which only applies to the PC account. I know for XBox it's that way, you need to purchase them through the XBox store. The accounts are "linked" but not "shared". Still ZOS should have a remedy for you. Have you opened a support ticket?

    That could be the issue. I bought mine through the PSN last week and everything seems fine.
    Or maybe at the moment it's fried and they have to fix that too.

    yeah im the same waiting over a week for crowns, i also pre orderd the imperial edition and bought eso plus when i got the game and ive recieved nothing so far except for the regular game.

    i just asked on twitter when it will be sorted and they chose to ignore my question they only seem to anwser the questions they can give their automated responses to.They just keep telling me to get a ticket which i have for the past two weeks and no reply.

    Yeah so i bought ESO yesterday and after installing yesterday (PS4) and having to basically re-do that again after the patch i finally got to leveling. At around lvl 7 i got sick of running/walking so i eventually decided to invest in ESO+, having played at launch on PC i knew how annoying accumulating 17k gold was while you're such a low level. After having problems adding funds to my PS4 wallet i decided to purchase it off of their website. Once i set up the sub i figure I'm good, but no items, so i restart my console and same thing.... nothinggg. Eventually as i was getting more frustrated i realized in super small ass print that through the ESO's Own Site says that ESO+ subs are only PC/MAC.

    Now if you were like me and overlooked it the next confirmation page displays the benefits of the sub, and it mentions they all apply to PC/MAC, PS4, and Xbox One, furthering the confusion with no mention of any sort of independence from each other. This happened even though my original ESO acct was already paired with my PS4.

    Basically what I'm trying to say is that if Zenimax isn't going to synchronize purchases on their site maybe they should add a couple additional unavoidable blaring warnings. I mean they did have over a year in delays to prepare for *** like this right???

    p.s. since i couldn't fill my wallet directly on my ps4 or ESO's site i bought an eso e-gift card and after i redeemed the code and subbed thru Sony did all the content appear on my console. Now i have a Golden Eye Guar and *** couldn't be more fun.

    With all that QQing over with i have to say that this PS4 version BLOWS the PC launch out of this worlddddd. It feels so incredibly fluid on a console, incredibly better than when i played it on PC. So at least Zenimax did SOMETHING right in all those console delays up till release.

    Support is an absolute joke!,

    I bought ESO plus, and crowns last Monday, and still have not received the items. I contacted sony, who insisted I contact ESO,...who insisted I contact sony,..when I told them sony told me to contact ESO, it was only then they decided to help,..but help they didn't.

    I've been going back and forth with them for about 4 days with no resolution. First they asked some questions regarding information,...then they wanted photo proof of my purchases, so I sent them screenshots of the purchase emails from sony,...and now they tell me the issue is being "reviewed" by a specialised team.

    It's an absolute joke,...and every support email I got from them, was from a different member of the team,...which is just grossly impersonal,...they just send canned responses and " thank you for your patience" crap. While taking no form of responsibility, and I'm sure no compensation of any kind will be given for a week of time wasting and feet dragging on their part.

    I'm also in Ireland, and it's clear there's something wrong with their store, but they will continue letting people buy and run into issues,...extremely disappointed!! I'm just glad their support had a survey in which I could relay my many problems with the service.

    I would warn anybody from ireland using the store. Because if you do, you'll have to fight tooth and nail to get the issue resolved.

    My ESO just renewed on PS4 Yesterday and Sony charged me for it but my buff went away today and I didn't get my crowns, tho when I look in my account ESO that's im a plus member on PS4 something is really messed up. I tried putting in a few support tickets through the game on PS4 and it just gives errors and wont let me submit any tickets.

    My buff came back after yesterdays maintenance but I still haven't gotten my crown allotment.

    there seems to be some odd error for player in ireland mate, best to make a support ticket with Proof you payed for it, like online statment in your e-mail and/or a screen shot from you game page on

    i hope zenimax and sony get this error related to player in Ireland fixed, but saddly it an on-going error, but thay do get it fixxed, it can just take some, time,,,,

    Be careful when sending them your info, make sure you are clear What platform its for.

    After weeks and weeks of trying to get this sorted they finally credited one of my accounts with the missing crowns, but no mention of the other benefits I paid for but did not get, like XP boost with ESO plus.

    and for my second account in stead of crediting it to they console they placed them on my pc account!?!

    This is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, nothing but condesending emails that do not address the issue, no meaning full information, and nothing but pass the buck, false info and one mistake after another.

    This entire experience has completely robbed me of any motivation I had to even play this dam game any more.

    Best of luck getting this sorted, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

    I managed to get my Crowns but still no ESO plus active. They don't seem to know what the problem is. Its kinda infuriating since I didn't care about the crowns, just wanted the xp boost.
