To be fair, they are also decreasing rank requirements to 850k XP and increasing XP from Craglorn, delves and such. But yes, it's beyond stupid.
Come on. That's not even worth a footnote. They're continuing to starve us of content and forcing us into more grinding we all despise. UNBELIEVABLE.

I dont have meh gear with meh stats. I have been able to min max w/o grinding. no problems here. I wanted shadow walker got it. i wanted my two pc set got it. i wanted nirn i got it. i wanted legendary gear i got it. I did this all while having fun. the most grinding i have done in this game is quest grinding some alts cause well im not going to continue listening to the same story. back in the day i grinded at the theif from v10-v12 but that was only b/c almost right when i hit v10 they went to v12 and all i wanted was my toon maxed.0 -

I dont know if this is meant for me but i am maxed. also, why not put it on toons in BWB. I get my alts to lvl 20 then bring them to BWB. your gear there. you make it once and thats it. it is slow levling in there so you def. get your moneys worth there.
