"Later next month" was exactly month ago...so yes we still have a little less than half the month to go but after getting VR14 on one everyone knows its a battle in its own to login to the alt to level. I also just figured if we make enough QQ threads ZOS will break down and add them. (On second thought if I want ZOS to do anything I should post a "Nerf this" thread on the pvp forum and lime a ninja throw in that they need to add the scrolls. Then we might get some added...)
