Where are the ZOS Game Masters in game?

@ZOS_GinaBruno Why don't we see more ZOS game masters in the game? I have been playing since beta, now have 1 VR14 char and have never seen one. Considering all of the accusations of players using exploits and hacking in Cyrodiil, why doesn't ZOS invest the time and energy in to keeping more game masters around to observe the issues people are reporting?

They're working with a tiny skeleton crew of codewriters and developers, since they let everyone off to make a few more bucks. There's just no time for any of them to spend any time inside the game. That is why we get these silly game balance bandaid penalties that just create more problems. ZOS has no insight into their own game because none of their people actually play it, and they rather listen to people whining on the forum than to experienced players and PTS testers.

Quite amazing that despite this the game is still the best modern MMO that current exists. It just could be so much better even.

seen one game master in early access then another one when the bot train was rolling strong in Bewan. . but that was a long long time ago. Wish one or more ZOS peeps would pop in now and then.But if we look at as shift work that's three peeps 8 hours a day for full 24/7 coverage times the plat forms. PC , Mac- PS4- Xblox. that 9 personnel. Cant see that in the budget. Maybe we could suggest to Zenifolks a player/gm community . have the community ambassadors do gm stuff. No way I could do it. The 5th Amendment applies to my activities.

How about it ZOS is it possible to have the C.A's do something along these lines ?

ZOS GM are here for tickets

For tracking cheaters / abuse, you got server side scripts and user feedback.

I already played in a game with gamers with privilegied rights, that's not good, if there is a need of gm popping to help, they first do it without being visible for you and then must be payed for that. or there will be some abuses and so on.

thats weird my brother and i play XB1 and he says that ZOS game masters are owning Haderus? lol idk cause im in thornblade but i honestly dont think they should be playing this game with privileged rights ya know?

Have been playing since beta, never once have I been graced by seeing a GM.

My biggest gripe with many game developers and game companies these days is that it never seems they play their own games. If they spent even a tenth of their time in office, or free time, playing then they would see most of the issues we see daily. It's hard to balance games with a jumble of user feedback without your own first hand experiences.

They are here and in game time to time just you know not using there GM characters with the Z icon cause well they want to catch cheaters and what not when playing and they don't want to be followed around by a cult when playing like @ZOS_JasonLeavey was when the demoed 1.6 in a ESO live show.

ZOS people are in the game. They have said this on multiple occasions prior to and after console release. They lurk everywhere and are even in player guilds. GMs can stand in public with special characters, but at one time someone made a comment that they can observe from places we cannot get to.

What they do not do, at least not that I have heard recently, is stand there and smite players who are cheating, botting, and exploiting. That would be nice, and they used to do that, but I guess they do not move that swiftly anymore.
