grumlins✭✭✭From what I've seen any rewards that were left out were either too trivial to think about or are on their way (like the bug preventing what people paid for in their purchased game for the console) so this argument doesn't hold much water.
Second I agree with most here about the console thing, consoles have a very specific time frame for updates because not only do the game publishers have to work around their own schedules they have to work around the console developer's update schedule so there is going to always be a delay.
Finally, this MMO compared to others (laughing to myself right now of the absurdity that is the Neverwinter Online title right now with all of the content they left out just to race to the console) has been the closest to the final pc version on console release that I've seen thus far and probably the closest we'll actually see on the console for a long time to come.
For me as a pc player who converted to the console directly due to the terrible policies out there that developers tend to use on their pc playerbase and the attitude that the pc playerbase seems to have to allow these policies to continue, this particular game was handled correctly EVEN with the launch being as unfortunate is it was. It was still handled with care and with dedication from what I've experienced for years now.
So seeing these complaints really baffles the mind.
I challenge those who come here to complain about how ZOS has handled things to look back at how other titles out there were handled most recently in fact, and see just how bad it's gotten and then come back here and realize just how wrong you were.
Titles like SWTOR, GW2, NWO, STO, the original launch of Diablo III on PC, Archeage, the draconian changes to Defiance, and the controversies that occurred with each one (some of which that are still occurring to this day.) should be examined by these complainers at length.1 -

The only thing I will agree with in the OP is the fact pc players should have never been given the option to transfer characters.
Honestly Zen screwed up majorly with that. PVP wouldn't be as bad if PC players with hundreds of champion points weren't running around being all OP and whatnot.
But that is the only thing I will agree with. So no you don't speak for me.1 -

That's funny because most players in game I come across seem super happy with voice chat. In my experience, text chat is a immersion breaking waste.
Oh and that guy was right with a few exceptions, you would be one from the sounds of it. And that's fine.
Theres about five other unique posters with time on their hands keep bumping the text chat thread.
If the majority of console users even cared about text chat, they would be here like the five guys in that thread, but they're not, they are enjoying the heck out of the game.
You see that poster speaking for console people had to because happy people don't bother complaining so empirical evidence would imply that genius poster was likely closer to correct than not.
IMO of course.
Semantics are not a debate tactic, IMO.
Regarding spelling errors, I do all of my forum posts on my phone whole working out. Autocorrect hates me.0 -

I hope this gets to the developers,
In the spirit of Elderscrolls, the power to choose, I would recommend that there be a new way for players to achieve vampirism and lycanthropy via quest line. While I understand that there are spawns that do infect players with the diseases, I also understand that players kill these NPCs in order to create a prophet on the dependency of those already infected. Thus I propose that a quest be available to those who wish to create their own line of vampires or werewolves free of any currency other than the time spent to achieve that goal.
Again Elderscrolls is a game of choices and the attempt at endless possibilities for each and every single player. More specifically the blessings of choice and possibility, free of the more selfish interests that impede the individual stories imagined by those blessings. However, on their behalf and in their defense, of those who are indeed selfish, it is a excellent story to sell "immortality" for a price. Perhaps a great enough story, and quest line, that ESO itself may adopt to help promote a more cooperative experience for all players.
I understand that developers have much on their minds and plenty of work and upkeep with a game like ESO, however, I also understand that ESO believes that player vs player exploitation should be kept to a minimum wherever possible. Being able to role-play and game at the same time to further enhance the experience should be a priority to protect. Who wouldn't want to be the patriarch or matriarch of their own line of vampires or werewolves. Such small imaginings help create legends.
It would be greatly appreciated if the powers-that-be over ESO would be so kind as to change the dynamic of vampirism and lycanthropy where exploitation is not possible. We are all here to play a great game. Many enjoy the huge universe that has been created. There are some too, however, who like to make their own choices and weave their own stories.
