Unable to activate cloak in battle
There is a bug/glitch that seems to be spreading. Once I am in combat, I am unable to cloak. The best I can do is run and hope to get away for a bit, then cloak. This is unacceptable. I know some people are having issues with other skills not activating as well. Is this being addressed?
