Is the Miner Hireling bugged?
I have 2 characters with 3/3 on that perk and I'm only getting 1 package every 2 days if I'm lucky.

✭✭✭✭✭Are you logging on to that specific character? The timer resets when you log on and get the mail, so if you log on at 6am you will get it, then if you log of at 8pm you get it.. But then you won't get it for another 12 hours.. So 8am..

✭As @MissBlizz explains, the way hirelings work is bad, unlike the riding skill trainer who'll talk to you every 20 hours, the allowing you to have a regular daily routine of logging in at the same time or some time later and still get the daily update, hirelings' time is a strict 24/12 hours and woe betide you if you log in later.
Clearly ZOS COULD have made it, say, 20/10 hours and it would have been friendly to players, the fact they deliberately chose to NOT be friendly tells you something IMO.Edited by KerinKor on July 11, 2015 6:53PM0
