Nothing has been done yet; these are all things proposed for the next major update. It seems likely that if they stick with what was said in ESO Live, this will be true at a future time. However I don't believe anything until I see it anymore.

If Craglorns quest only gives 120 xp, it still won't work it cause of all the extra effort and time it takes to quest in craglorn. You have to assemble a group and then each quest takes 30 minutes to an hour where a Caldwells quest takes 5-10 minutes.
Short answer is, Craglorn takes more than 20% more effort to complete the same quests as you would in a comparable zone in Caldwells Silver/Gold.
People don't really quest in Craglorn, that's always been its issue. Most people just use the fact it's designed for four players and has more/larger monster spawns as a good grinding area.
I did The Corrupted Stone last night in about 20 minutes. With the new changes, the quest plus mobs killed during the quest would grant more than 10% of a CP on enlightenment. That's not terrible. For end game that feels about right.

I don't understand. Did you not watch the most recent ESO Live? These things are confirmed as coming in Update 7. I'm not questioning if they're coming or not. We know they are. I want to know if the 50% and the 20% stack in Craglorn to make 70%.

Well that's the problem. I actually like the quests in Craglorn and people don't do it cause of terrible rewards. They are good chains with fun stories and actual challenge. The solution to grinders is just make the mob respawn timer longer...no need to nerf XP of mobs like they did.I did The Corrupted Stone last night in about 20 minutes. Some quests are faster than others and as DPS grows, it certainly gets even faster. But if you are not taking V14s and you are using it to level to V14 then it takes a tad longer. Coming at it from that perspective, the rewards don't compare to Caldwells or even repeatable questing in Cyrodil.
