Problem in a mission at Malabal Tor

I have mission which i need to defend the silvenar, I don't see the silvenar i searched all over the place (including downstairs) but nothing.
How can I defend him If i don't know where he is??!?!

My boyfriend and I are just waiting until they fix it. We went onwards with our other quests and haven't had a problem. I would suggest the same thing until there is an actual fix for the quest.

But @ZOS_JessicaFolsom the quest is clearly broken. Which sucks, because I'd really like to progress the story

^^ That's me downstairs, where clearly no-one is attacking the Silvenar.

So in summary:
Yes it is a known issue
There is a fix in the making, but has to pass the proper stations (including Sony and MS)
There are two work arounds.
1: get everyone to leave the area and go in with small groups (4-5 people at a time).
2: bypass the quest for now. You won't get the questmark to get to reaper's march, but you will be able to enter it and pick up the main quest there. So you only miss this quest and the follow up quest.
