has anyone ever used magelight with duel wield? I wanted to know that if you enchant both blades are you doing regular damage and spell damage since they are enchanted and will magelight help do more damage with the enchantments on the blades?

The damage your enchatments do only depends on the quality of the enchantment and the armour / spell resist of your enemy

Enchantments are separate from Weapon and Spell Damage. They do exactly as stated unless augmented by a set (i.e. Torug's Pact) or the Champion System.

However, Dual Wield has high Spell Damage due to how Damage works and that melee weapons have more of it to compensate for the higher risk / lower accuracy. Therefore, spell casting with Dual Wield is naturally stronger than other weapon types.

Basic attacks with Dual Wield are augmented by Max Stamina and Weapon Damage, dealing Physical damage only.
