Imperial DK - DPS/Tank Advice/Tip

Hey,

I've been out of the game for a couple months and as I've returned I heard that DPS stamina builds became more viable. Then I heard that going magicka build is better for DPS and just now I've talked about Imperials being better at tanking and something about VR14 Imperial DK's going stamina tank due to their Health and Stamina increased percentage.

So how is it then? Imperial DK's as DPS? Tanks? How is it for PvP and PvE?

Anybody? I've been rolling DPS DK, so far stamina but I plan to respec later on to magicka based build.

I have a DK, and he is an Imperial. He is in 5H/2L and is a Caster, so sort of an Iconoclast.

I use 1H/S for when I Tank, and a Destro Staff for DPS.

I had put him into Stamina after 1.6 came out, I could not make it work. Using up the pool in moving around that is feeding your attacks is something I could not make work for me. So, I specced him back into Magic and have never regretted it.

Ok, it's quite reasonable. Anyway, what about morphs? Which did you choose? For instance Razor armor? I took Volatile armor for the bits of return dmg, since I heard the other morphs isn't offering a really big shield?
Also how about Pierce armor morph? Did you take that one or the second one? Are you a vampire or anything?

Oh and. umm... what's 5H/2L? :<

5 Heavy and 2 Light*

I don't really use any Armor increasing skills, other than the Defense skill in the 1H/S line. I do have the DK armor skill but I don't remember what the Morph is that I took.

I have Sea of Flames on both bars (dont' have that skill active if your trying to sneak by mobs, it will aggro them)

On on My Destro Staff I use Cinder Storm or Fossilize (for crowd control), either Elemental Ring or Unstable Wall of Flames (works great with Cinder Storm), Crushing Shock, Sea of Flames and Green Dragon Blood

On my Sword and Board bar, GDB, Sea of Flames, Burning Embers, Flame Whip and Invasion.

Never been a Vampire, never seen the need for it.

*I have enough Champion Points to make up for the lack of Passive Boost I would get from going 5L/2H so that is why I get away with it.

And from your own experience or what you've seen or read, what do you think of this (how viable it is in your opinion):
Tank (magicka)
Tank (stamina)
DPS (magicka)
DPS (stamina)
That being said, do you think that Tank is better as magicka or stamina? Also DPS? Magicka or stamina?
