Imperial wins. Dunmer pyro still works pretty well ofcourse but tbh cant say I find mag specs that lacking on Imperial either with the free stats 'shrug'. Its a min/max thang.

Dunmer here.
at vr1 you will have 7% to spell damage with fire effects. So... any Destruction Staff ability (fire), any Dragon Knight ability that uses fire damage and the Templar's one fire based ability Sun Fire (and morphs). You can combine this racial with Silks of the Sun armor set for an extra 5% fire damage, increasing your fire damage to 12% making Dunmer the obvious choice for magicka dps as a Dragon Knight. Of course any race can be magicka dps as a DK, Dunmers however just outperform the others.
Some of the tooltips in this game are awful. The passive doesn't affect your Spell Damage at all, it actually increases the overall fire damage by 7%. I'm told this applies to stamina fire attacks as well.ty vm, so meteor from mages guild isnt afected by flame talent? and all physical fire dmg atks arent boosted by flame talent
