Hello,

At the explaination of skill, it says "Increases power with fire effects 1/2/3". How percentge of it meant by 1/2/3? And how about damage over time spells?

    From what I remember. It changes to 2, 4 and 6 % from the latest patch notes on the PTS. The Altmer one changed to 2, 3 and 4%.

    ^ This. The live version is this. It is a percentage. I would imagine it would effect damage over time as well, but would have to be tested to confirm.

    Did they increase the percentage again? Last time I checked this passive racial in game it displayed 3% for the first level, which would result in 9% for all three levels. Anyone who could confirm this?

    It is 3% - 5% - 7% now, at least thats what the tooltip said on my Dunmer

    Yes. And it applies to the weapon spellcasts.
    So, the Dunmer DK with a flame staff is a good choice=)

    Imperial wins. Dunmer pyro still works pretty well ofcourse but tbh cant say I find mag specs that lacking on Imperial either with the free stats 'shrug'. Its a min/max thang.

    Dunmer/Imperial is debatable as the increase in stam and HP from imperial allow you to put more points into magicka bonuses for all magic attacks, not just flame or elemental.

    I'm not so sure imperial wins, but I do see your point. Imperials have great base % racial bonuses that allow more attributes into magicka. But dunmers also have max magicka passive and 7% flame damage. It's debatable. Imperials are a great DK race cause they also could translate well to tanking and stam.

    All of my imperial DK buddies are fairly neck and neck with me DPS wise when we're all confident of our builds and rotations. But there are certain fights where you do see the dunmer added dmg shine ;)

    i cant find any details about this skill, how affect skills and if some skills are affected , wich arent affected, the hell with it!

    Dunmer here.
    at vr1 you will have 7% to spell damage with fire effects. So... any Destruction Staff ability (fire), any Dragon Knight ability that uses fire damage and the Templar's one fire based ability Sun Fire (and morphs). You can combine this racial with Silks of the Sun armor set for an extra 5% fire damage, increasing your fire damage to 12% making Dunmer the obvious choice for magicka dps as a Dragon Knight. Of course any race can be magicka dps as a DK, Dunmers however just outperform the others.

    ty vm, so meteor from mages guild isnt afected by flame talent? and all physical fire dmg atks arent boosted by flame talent

    Some of the tooltips in this game are awful. The passive doesn't affect your Spell Damage at all, it actually increases the overall fire damage by 7%. I'm told this applies to stamina fire attacks as well.

    i gave up testing this passiva as it changes its effect on abilities every week...
    spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused
