After completing the questline I received all rewards except Lena's Wand of Finding.
I submitted a ticket in regards to it to customer support in game several days ago, I received a canned response telling me to restart the game, which, of course, didn't solve it. I replied to the email as such but have heard nothing.

Unfortunately for other people it sounds like the fix for the issue isn't likely to be in game any time soon, but it is known.

I have added the solution to our knowledgebase, so they'll need to get in contact, but the workaround is there now for anyone that needs it now in any case.

If you are experiencing any in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance.

Amiculi✭✭✭I just kept replying to the email reiterating the point and eventually an actual person responded, I had the item show up in my game mail at a similar time. Apparently there's a solution in the knowledge base but I didn't personally check into that... and I just did and I'll be damned if I can find any information on the subject there.
So I guess just keep replying if you want to ensure you get it...0 -

Amiculi✭✭✭It took the better part of a week for me with probably six or more replies before something happened.
Keep trying if it matters enough to you, it'll probably work eventually.
It's apparently a known issue but very, very low priority, so god knows when it'll be fixed the normal way.0
