You know what i got from your CS team? a big fat joke! I was playing this game fine, until the minute i logged out to patch 2.0.12! After that, crushes crushes and again crushes! Wanna know the answer i got right now from the support kids?
"Your computer is below minimum system requirements. There is no further assistance we are able to provide you."
I am waiting 3 days to listen to a joke!
After a patch for some audio upgrades and some potion things, the system requirements are doubled! All of a sudden my computer cannot run this game!
And as i said in the guy that told me that, at least be honest and say that you have no idea what is causing these crushes and don't tell me that my pc went below minimum reqs because of an audio patch!
Even if this happened, an announcement would be nice! Hey you, customers we don't care about, we are going to give you a patch for some audios, and you have to upgrade your graphic card and OS in order to continue play this game! And do it in half an hour!

Anyway, the first time i quited this game because of bad company policies, after some months i came back, to quit again because of bad policies and now i returned because i really love this game, just to quit again because your company spits on players once again!
And i am pretty sure more will follow because there is ppl out there who had their pcs below minimum reqs in half an hour also!
And don;t forget all those ppl with great PCs that they experience crushes like me and many others! And ofcourse this is a coincidence! All those ppl are getting crushes for 100 different reasons! If this is the truth then shut this game down!

Ty, you are so great, and i feel sorry about the money i gave you!

    I totally agree. If they're going to update or patch the game which requires an upgrade on our hardware and such, they have to announce this! Besides, I cannot upgrade my OS or hardware every fullmoon just because they feel like it.

    Upon this, the new audio sounds like cr*p!! Some of the sounds are now even in MONO. I just had the chance in the few minutes I was online with one character (for these minutes I had to login 3 times because it still crashes constantly!), and I could hear some new sounds at the crafting stations while refining items, f.e. .. This is not an improvement, the sound quality is like in Daggerfall, and I'm not talking about Daggerfall in ESO, I'm talkling about the game "Daggerfall".
    And for THIS, many of us cannot play the game anymore because we need to UPgrade our machine?? Seriously?? For audio like this, Win95 would do.

    I love this game, too; it's one of these games where I thought "no one loves this game as much as I do", you know what I mean, I guess.. but at this point I have no other option but to leave.

    Yep - Im getting the similar level of 'support' on another issue. Ive waited 4 days now to actually log on to this game. And the issue Im getting seems to have been around for ages so I cannot for the life of me understand why it hasn't been fixed. Its ruining the experience for me and Im close to binning it.

    I put in a ticket, got the generic response which didn't help and I've been waiting over a week for a reply. Anyone know what the typical response time is on the help tickets? One guy said he had been waiting since the ESOTU console launch!

    You would need to reply to the ticket, and then reply to the semi-automated reply. It's like boss mobs - if you don't stay engaged they reset.

He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.

    I think there are two sides to this.

    1: minimum requirements are minimum requirements. These requirements have not changed. If you always used to play below the minimum requirements you where lucky. Any content implemented is tested if it works with the minimum required specs but not below. So it works conform best effort! If you run below the minimum requirement you will never have a garantee that you can play in the future.

    2: This is NO excuse to NOT give best effort support.I truly believe that it is supports task to proof beyond doubt that the issue comes because you are running below the minimum requirement. It should never be used as an excuse to not provide support!

    An example from my personal experience with ZOS.

    I'm running windows 10 technical preview. That means I'm running an unsupported OS (simply cause windows 10 isn't out yet). Cause many people where having a simular issue back in april and on supported windows versions I decided to create a ticket anyways for two reasons.
    1: it is important for ZoS to know that a future windows OS is suffering from an issue.
    2: it is important for them to know the total amount of people suffering from an issue, supported os or not.

    The reply was that they couldnt support me cause it was unsupported. That is the lazy lame and lousy excuse. The agent clearly didn't want to go through the trouble relaying my ticket upwards (or there is a structural issue in the ticket escalating workflow not allowing them), resulting in an potentially "stuff it" reaction. Lucky for me the issue was at ZOS and it got fixed with all the others suffering from the issue, but otherwise I would not have tolerated that behaviour as a customer.

    Back to the subject.
    I would like a response from ZOS to put this on the table.
    For some reason, your agents are misusing the minimum requirements as an excuse to not handle tickets that can be solved cause the minimum requirements have nothing to do with it.
    This can be cause your procedure is too strict or cause the support agent is a lazy bum. I would like you to pick up this signal, correct it and give a response you picked up this important feedback!

    I get regular responses to my support ticket, unfortunately its the exact same response! They just keep telling me to do the same things over and over....yet I'm still crashing in game after a few seconds to minutes.

    I fully expect to be "new system requirements" fazed out here pretty quick.I just wish they would have told me that eventually the $80.00 I initially paid was going to be lost the more t hey upgraded the game.I wonder if they have a deal with some graphics card dealers for forcing people to upgrade their cards.I mean,I have no problem playing other MMOs at all.The only problems I have are with ESOTU recently.Like in the last month.
    Used to they would address a ticket within two days and were nice about helping.Not so much now.
