Not even close. The fact that in 1.6 people are given such low health makes DK skills like DragonsBlood extremely weak, healing ward can heal up to 3 times as much as DragonsBlood, now ontop of that, healing is being changed from a 15% debuff in Cyrodiil to a 50% debuff. This means that DKs are going to start seeing what... 4k heals on average when they're at low heath? The only thing that makes the skill effective is when you pair it with Igneous Shield and the fact that its almost instant.i think with DK GDB being scaled off health missing and nothing else. DK is gonna be a hard thing to kill.

Sorc - because Nirn getting fixed and no stamina regen while blocking. That means almost every charge you do either you will be stunned or you wont generate stamina while blocking. Every sors will cast 3 times in a row BE and then mines then if need 3 more times BE. Without Nirn tanks will have 30k spell resistance while sors will have 20k spell penetration. Sors execute's damage is increased.Because I can!1 -

Yeah... I have a difficult time not thinking NB will be the strongest as well. Cloak appears like its going to be very, very strong. Combo a mix of dodge roll (can only be hit by AoE) with Cloak (can only be hit by AoE) and you get a pretty strong active defense. If there is still a way to kill a player in a few seconds... Q_Q

✭✭I don't believe nightblade will be the strongest class, with damage and healing nerfs and a much longer TTK. Nightblades really do need to be able to kill quick, there are other ways to build much tankier specs but that will be nerfed as well and not viable for NB.
Cloak could become an issue with the detect pot nerf, but only for magicka based NB and not as a whole for the class. But if we're doing garbage damage anyway, we'll probably need to spam cloak for a long fight to stay alive..

Sorc stays on top easily. They will still be able to cast damage shields indefinitely and still dish damage out.
NBs will be strong but cannot damage while using there defensive ability as effectively.
DKs is a toss up but with increased overall TTK they could be the wild card for a close number 2 spot.
Templar.......stay out of the fight as much as possible and support your teammates I guess. Occasionally beam an almost dead player if you happen to be a magic build.Edited by Sureshawt on July 6, 2015 5:25PM2 -

This reminds me of the pre 1.6 "sorc is dead" talk.
You will still have the best class shield while dk/temp shields will suffer more.
And 2-3 competent players can and will shut down even a competent nightblade. Unless he permacloaks away from the fight but theres nothing strong about running away imo
Also I did put manablades there with sorcs also, since stamblades cannot cloak many times unless they spec more into mana regen/cost reduct in which case they will suffer on their stam regen/cost reduct. we'll see.:)
Edit: My hardened ward is 11-13k in cyro depending on My gear-setup while My dk shield is 4-5k .

Stamina Nightblades will probably still be good, The drop in burst is a problem because Stamina Nightblades rely on killing targets quickly...Dodge Change means they take more damage as well since they'll have to dodge less.
Pretty much all the defense abilities in the game are getting nerfed, the one that's not eating a nerf is Dark Cloak, so anytime they Dark Cloak think of it as a form of Mitigation where they aren't taking damage similar to Dodge Roll now.
