I just completed the attack on Molag Bol and I'm wondering, do you ever get to know what happened to Darien, Cadwell, the twins, and the rest of the army? I tried to talk to the surviving mage and all I got was basically, "They're probably dead, but we don't know for sure." Do you ever get confirmation?
Also, where do I go from here? I'm 49 and a half, I'm just wondering if I need to hit 50 to move on? Also, I'm concerned that not having the Silvenar completed will impede my progress, so just wondering if that's true too.

✭✭✭✭You should have ended up (or had the option to end up) in some sort of churchy/cathedrally place and talk to several of the survivors and get some bad news about who didn't make it.

Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -
AHDefaultSoul ShrivenYeah, I talked to Gabrielle and Vanus, and watched the Ayleid King pass, but when I asked about the others they said they don't know what happened, with the exception of Darien, who is implied to have knocked the king into the shield (though his dream dialogue suggests to me that it's not the end for him). The Hollow City remains unchanged, so I just wanted to know if there was any other acknowledgement of the rest of my team's fates.0

Note however that there is still more to see from our favourite pot-head knight.
