What area should I train in?

I'm currently at lvl 26 looking for the spot to train, any thoughts?

What do you mean by train? (e.g., level your character, level a skill, find a quest location)

We need a little more info to help

Level my character. All those thing ties into a main objective. Leveling a skill is essentially leveling up you character and quests level up your character.

Your signature is saying you are in the ebonheart pact. At level 26 you should be levelling in Shadowfen (level 24-31 area). It can be found south of deshaan.
