✭ZOS appears to be clueless at this point. They literally just added an immersion breaking mount that I would expect to see in a Final Fantasy game to ESO, in a game they specifically limited the UI and other features to increase the immersion of. They just don't stand for anything anymore, it's clear they're simply untrustworthy and incapable of doing anything to retain us at this point.
GG when the next AAA mmo comes out.
We have had a fire mount...now a frost mount....and finally awaits the lightning steed for a full house
They are kinda es compatible...anything can come out of oblivion.

✭All I can say to this thread is "LOL". I beta tested this thing and played all the way to the B2P announcement whereupon I promptly left. Why? Because I could see the writing on the wall: ZOS will tell you one thing and do the other. They have no respect for their community. Nothing has changed.

✭✭✭✭Given XP potions and the reduction in the amount of XP required to level, I expect it to take approximately 2 days or less for anyone putting in an average amount of effort.

Coherence. Your post lacks it. You appear to be trying to say that it's good for ZOS to force us to grind more and get new gear, and that we wouldn't be doing that if the new gear was v14. In what world does that make sense? I knew we were getting new armor sets, I didn't know we were getting two new VR levels. Getting new armor sets doesn't mean I would have to change my current armor sets (it depends on the new set bonuses of course). Getting new VR levels, however, does. Do you see the point we're making?

I have/had 5 pieces of Gold Seducer (crafted) with Nirnhoned trait...about 100k right there in Nirn mats. Another 40k per 8 Waxes to upgrade to gold which is 200k for 5 pieces. We're up to 300k gold now without adding in the purple and blue tannins...the price of 5 gold enchants another 25k. So maybe you consider 325k gold cheap but someone like me who plays maybe 10 hours a week doesn't exactly grind out the gold per hour when I spend all my time in Cyrodiil doing what I enjoy.
I don't know if Cheap is the term I would use to describe it.
Lets also consider the inevitable price gouge of Nirn traits when the new VR levels are introduced and everyone who still thinks Nirn is the meta starts buying it to re-craft their pieces.

✭And here we go again with people wanting money back and yelling about how much money they spent. Heard it when we went from v10-v12. Heard when we went from v12-v14. Heard it again when it changed from mount skill to rider skill and mounts were account bound. Also, making nirn into gold w/O having a tong of gold in the first place was not a smart idea. We have known for some time now that nirn is broken. So unless your a full heavy armor build not that much of a return. I also do not grind anything let alone gold in this game and spend almost every min. In pvp. I still find ways to get money. I am def. Bottom tier of players when it comes to gold but still manage to get everything I need.0 -

The main issue I have is that ZOS equates content with increasing level cap when they are not the same thing.
I don't even so much care about the 2 extra ranks, it's like, okay, an annoying day of grinding. Whatever.
I don't even so much care about gearing all out again. I like to min max and them releasing new sets offers up a new chance to remake and rework our builds. Which is cool.
What I DON'T LIKE is that we just releveled in August and regeared w release of champ system for 1.6 a few months ago. However, we have had ZERO - count em - ZERO content updates since this time. We've gotten 27 different tiger mounts, xp pots, more and more new stuff to BUY but absolutely nothing new to DO.
So basically, all this gear, time and energy has just been squandered. Remaking an entire build so you can run AA for the 1000th time is not enjoyable. Sure, the release of imperial city and hopefully a new zone with 1.7 will be great. But where was imperial city a year ago? Where was the new trial a year ago? Why are we not on to bigger and better things by now?
People don't care about the level cap raising so much as they care about the fact that they grind it out and it has next to no value. It's like getting all dressed up and having no where to go.
To raise the level cap 3 TIMES IN A YEAR is just excessive. Especially when you consider the kind of year your players have had. People have been waiting for fixes to nirn, crippling lag, exploits, imbalances, and ANY KIND OF ANY CONTENT. In some cases, for an entire year these things have gone unfixed. I guess the question is mostly, if you aren't releasing content, and you aren't fixing game breaking issues, what exactly ARE you doing?
It feels like the player base is holding up our end of the bargain. We gripe about it and are tough critics but we all love this game. We all can't stand certain things, but still play. We all grind out the extra levels and keep pushing the same trials, the same keeps. We all just hold our breaths while you guys take on console and tell us for months that that is your focus. I for one just want to see some level of dedication and understanding from ZOS. And something that says, "yes we handled this poorly, going forward we're going to do xyz to make sure that doesn't happen again." A little humility can go a long way.4 -

More like 2 hours... 1.6 million AP is super fast to get.. People complaining about the grind have no clue how to lvl their character fast it seems ^^0
