LOOKING FOR GUILDS WHERE RANK MATTERS- dagger fall covenant NA
I am looking for a guild where rank matters. If you give people ranks every week that is not what I am looking for. Ranks should be earned over time and take hard work to achieve. A militaristic, leadership oriented guild is what I'm looking for.

Check out The Tribe. Ranks definitely matter, and aren't earned easily. Over 330 members now, 1 Leader, 2 Elders, 4 Officers. The rest are members and recruits. But we still allow for room to move up.
