Yep that farm side over at Alessia is pretty much worn out, then we can get flying sorcs jumping from the mountain side and 4 blinks in the air and they are in the keep.. :(

I have seen the Flying Nun sorcs do that in the past, but did the fix that? I have not seen any Flying Nuns now for about a week.

I don't even bother repairing walls fully anymore for DC when I play, if I see a weaken wall at some points just ignore it. cause its not the side that will be attacked by groups that will pose a threat...it has all become to predictable. part of why I'm on a break

Yup, you just repair the walls facing the high ground, because that is all anyone ever attacks from

I hope the new changes address the ignorant way the keeps and outposts are placed.

The keeps and outposts are placed the way they are solely for PvP. You can repair a broken keep in minutes, I don't see anyone complaining about that... Or that you can pop up 10 siege in a matter of seconds. Or that you never run out of ammunition. Or that... well, hopefully you get the point.

In PvE land, it's a mistake to equate Tamriel to the medieval period of our world. It's much more akin to modern warfare.
Tamriel has mages, portals, wayshrines, anchors, powerful relics, etc. In almost every major quest, you are inserted into enemy territory through a portal, or defending against an enemy attack by closing portals. If anything, I would think the game designers made a poor choice including keeps at all instead of creatively thinking about the impact magic would have on defenses.
