[Staff Read] Is it at all possible for Zenimax GMs to fix a quest, live?

There are currently about 30/40+ people on the European server, for Aldmeri Dominion (on Xbox One) where they are all within this one room for the quest Prisoner of Jathsogur. It is where the Silvennar must be defended. However as there are so many players waiting, as soon as the spawn arrives they are instantly killed rather than allowing them to go downstairs and attack the Silvennar.

Some players have been here for many days nonstop trying to get this quest solved, no word from Zenimax..

Please if it is at all functional to have a GM on the console version, can you come and help us all?? It is starting to become a little silly now.

There is word from them and a solution on the way. This specific issue can not be resolved on the fly and requires an update (which also have to be checked by sony/xbox).

More important, there is a work around and it is that everyone leaves the room and then enters in small groups. As not doing so is not an offense, it means that a GM is powerless too and only can go there and say the same thing they said on these forums and elsewhere.
