Unlocking GreenShade?

Veteran 1 nightblade here. (Daggerfall) and when I try to join a buddy that's in Greenshade, it says i'm not high enough level or something. Is there a certain quest that unlocks greenshade ?

Greenshade is his Silver, he's in the Covenant.You need to complete Silver before the game will let you start Gold.
Can you walk there from Grahtwood? Do you have access to vet zones at all or did you just reach v1 before finishing the main story?0 -
Azalin76✭✭✭If you completed the main story line you should have access to all of the AD zones, but if you don't have the Cadwells silver quest then you won't have access to the zones.0 -

but how come no final Harborage quest still? do I have to finish stuff on ColdHarbour first? if so, do u guys know exactly which quests?

✭✭✭✭✭You need to kill Molag Bal before you can start Cadwell's silver and go to other alliance zones. You have to go through all the main quest lines in Coldharbour.
