Unable to Load No Error Message just ESO emblem 7/3/2015

Was playing all morning walked away to mow the lawn and now I cannon get into the game. Receiving no errors restarted PS4 multiple times and cannot play. ESO wont work all other games will. It just goes to dragon circle screen with hit x option i hit X and then nothing.
