But I get a tweet telling me that ESO Live just said level cap is going to be increased to v16.
This friend of mine is a notorious troll but says he's super cereal. Someone please tell me this isn't so.

✭To be competitive in pvp you need vr16 gear that is going to cost. I wish they will bring new vr16 boxes to make some gold and get gear for free. Hope the gear won´t be acquired through endless pve grind in the fashion of Undaunted. I am totally lost at the moment what this will mean. Confirmed lie. Looks like we're grinding ladies and gents. That or just dropping the game altogether because who wants to continue to deal with this complete lack of care. It's almost as if they're intentionally sabotaging their game at this point.
