So I'm at work and can't watch.
But I get a tweet telling me that ESO Live just said level cap is going to be increased to v16.

This friend of mine is a notorious troll but says he's super cereal. Someone please tell me this isn't so.

To be fair, they are also decreasing rank requirements to 850k XP and increasing XP from Craglorn, delves and such. But yes, it's beyond stupid.

You're already set to VR16 if you are VR14 now though. It's just a new tier of gear progression. Great news IMHO.

To be competitive in pvp you need vr16 gear that is going to cost. I wish they will bring new vr16 boxes to make some gold and get gear for free. Hope the gear won´t be acquired through endless pve grind in the fashion of Undaunted. I am totally lost at the moment what this will mean. In the worst scenario hundreds of thousands of gold will be needed (let alone my current gear will be obsolent!).

What really? I don't really care about more vet ranks, what I'm worried about is my gear, it has cost a lot of money and the are all legendary. Now I gotta do it all over again? Seriously?

Most of us here complain about the Vet grind, asked for it to be removed(wasn't that the point of CP, to replace it?) and yet you guys decide the best plan of action is to INCREASE the grind. At least you guys are listening to your community.. Oh wait..

I guess I can tell my guild to not even think about returning to ESO, since the Vet grind being removed was the one thing most were hoping for.

I expect non vet PvP will get a boost from this as people opt out of chasing the newest carrot. I'm glad I cancelled my sub because there's no way I'm paying for this garbage.

Confirmed lie. Looks like we're grinding ladies and gents. That or just dropping the game altogether because who wants to continue to deal with this complete lack of care. It's almost as if they're intentionally sabotaging their game at this point.

we already knew that we were going to get new armor with the new content. so you were going to change your armor regardless of the level.

Didn't someone posted a V15 ring of cyro light a few days ago? And a dev/mod closed the thread becuase it was "conspiracy theories" and straight out denied it? Now a few days later they tell us they will add two more vet ranks??

That is just disgusting to just lie like that. Dont know why I'm even surprised tbh.

Before 1.6 : "Keep on playing. We're tracking your xp" - Lie
