If you read it, meaning you used it to learn the Imperial style, you shouldn't have the book anymore. Motifs are all one time use. If you still have the book, it's worth at least 50k. It's the most rare of motifs.

@Ourorboros you can find more than one type of the same motif book, they are just like recipes in that respect
And what does that have to do with finding and valuing an Imperial motif? That is the topic. Imperial is the only gold colored motif. Not sure if you are trolling, but if you looked at my signature, you should be able to infer I know quite a bit about crafting in this game, including the particulars of motifs.

The book is very rare, and on PC version it costs around 100,000g but people sell it between 72,000g - 90,000g to get rid of it. I would say 50,000g is a bit too cheap tbh. and in case you play the console version, where the market has not settled, it may even get sold for 150,000g - 200,000g.
There are two golden books, the other one is dwemer...it is easier to farm the purple fragments than it is to try to find and buy the full dwemer book. It is too damn rare xD
