So my question is: If I reset my abilities will I lose the morphs I chose or will I just have to allocate the skill points to whichever I choose? The reason I'm asking is because I do not want to pay an extra amount for the morph shrine.

    Those skills will remain morphable, but you'll have to spend your points again to do so

    If you reset all skills then you reset everything, including the Morphs. If you reset just the Morphs, then that is all you reset.

    However you do not lose the progress in the skill, you just have to re-apply the points and your right back where you started.

    So are you saying I'll be able to morph my abilities right away once I reset or do they require additional points?
