Items Missing from bank (Xbox One)

My racial crafting mats like my obsidian nickel bones and so on are missing every time I log in on the xbox. I just received and email about my ticket I put in about it telling me my issue has been solved, without even being contacted or restoring my items or anything. I put in the ticket yesterday, log in today and all my nickel is gone again but my problem has been solved right?? Anybody else have this problem??

    Contact customer service tomorrow man, I wouldn't bother posting on these boards, I don't think that'll go to high up on the food chain. I don't know what their policy is for this kind of situation either.

    I know that, they all work for the same company. You'd be pissed to if you been a loyal customer since beta on the pc and you kept losing all your *** EVERY TIME you logged in. I've contacted customer service and the only answer I got back back was that my issue had been solved. And the fact that all I said was this company doesn't care about you or your problems in so many words and they edit it out because it is negative. BS all around!!

    I've do that and got no help in return, only on here to see if anybody else has had the same problem and gotten any kind of answer for this issue.
