Werewolf skills, Bloodrage II on Xbox One??

It may just be an incorrect tooltip on console. But at Bloodrage I, it states that when you take damage, you gain 3 more seconds in wolf form, and this can occur every 5 seconds. Now, the upgrade, or Bloodrage II, says it increases time by 1 second, and can occur every 3 seconds that you take damage. Now if you do the math, every 10 seconds with BR I would increase time by 6 seconds. On the contrary, with BR II, every 6 would increase time by 2 seconds. Or, around 30% increase of the time. With BR I you're looking at a 60%.....Can anyone clarify this?

This is what the PC tooltip says:

BR1 - Blood Rage – With Werewolf Transformation Ultimate Slotted Increases time in werewolf form by 3 seconds every time you take damage . This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.

BRII - Blood Rage – With Werewolf Transformation Ultimate Slotted Increases time in werewolf form by 3 seconds every time you take damage . This effect can occur once every 3 seconds.

Same thing as OP on PS4. Seems the PC values posted by @Johngo0036 are the way they are intended to be, and seem much better.

For us on console it reads:

Blood Rage (1/2) Increases time in werewolf form by 3 seconds every time you take damage. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.

Blood Rage (2/2) Increases time in werewolf form by 1 second every time you take damage. This effect occur once every 3 seconds.

@ZOS_AlanG - Any confirmation on tooltip error here? Or is the ability actually set to these incorrect values? I almost do not want to put the second point in it. Bloodrage 2/2 seems worse basing on the tooltip.

Wondering if ZOS ever answered this
