Not really, stamina Nightblades and magica Sorcs are well suited for PVP at current state with 1-2s duration fights at many cases. Where DK and Templars are alot weaker.

Looks like OP doesn't play NB and doesn't know that most of the active skills you mentioned cost magicka..and as a stamina NB you can't spam cloak you cant spam hysteria and certainly cannot spam twisting path.
The only option for a stamina NB is to roll dodge X 2 then cloak

OK i am gonna post a screenshot, keep in mind also this NB is stamina build, that means it got alot stamina to dodge + hes NB so he can use cloak atleast a coupla times to completly cure all effects + go invisible!! that means he can hit and Escape. That no other class can do as good as NB.

I understand any class can get hight burst, but when a NB can do it, like in my screenshot, its just lol since they can do it so easy over and over again.

What do you think of this last skill marked in red. I got it today, just took screenshot cus of our DIscussion.

I wear 5 light 1 heavy 1 medium btw. where 1 heavy is reinforced. So yes i am kinda weak, but still lol.

That's the nightblade single target ultimate. It hits hard because its meant to. Its also strictly single target. every other ult is aoe or has a potential splash damage component.

Cloak does not work like Templar's Purifying Ritual.
Cloak only removes DoT effects. All other negative effects will remain.
Nightblade must run Purge from the Alliance War line to remove negative effects outside of DoTs.

Proper use of a Detection potion would also completely void the majority of benefit he receives from Cloak.

The last skill marked in red is an Ultimate and most likely a Crit.
The player who hit you with said Ultimate also hit you with Ambush right before hand, meaning the Ultimate also had a 20% Empower buff running on it.
The player was using a Stamina build, and probably stacking up Weapon Damage stat, meaning that his damage was mitigated by your Armour stat, of which 5 Light gives essentially none.
On top of your Armour issues, your tips state that you were tagged with Mark Target indicating a good 5k reduction in whatever Armour stat you do have.

You are made of paper and got hit by a buffed Ultimate crit while you were debuffed.

Give a full Stamina/Weapon Damage Templar a try with the combo Solar Barrage (instant-cast Empower buff)--> Crescent Sweep (high damage Ultimate wtih additional 33% increase against targets in front and a DoT ticking after).
The initial single-target burst of the Ultimate might be slightly lower, but the DoT will increase the lethality and the Templar combo is AoE rather than strictly single-target like the Nightblade.

Yes they are powerful.

Was doing a dungeon, open world dungeon. The one in rivenspire.
Have to kill 2 people, one of them are a nightblade.

Heres the low down.
I backstab him, and beat him up down to 50% hp.
He stealths.
Appears.
BAM
KO
1 hit wonder
I'm on the ground from being full hp to 0 hp all due to that one attack.

This was an NPC too... I cant imagine PC doing this in PvP.

Other classes aren't SUPPOSED to have the SAME thing. They are supposed to have their OWN ways they are UNIQUELY powerful. Having one homogenous blob of characters that all do exactly the same thing is incredibly BORING. Read on...

However, NB defenses are also the lowest in the game.

In current PVP defense is useless. Mobility is key, and burst. Which NB and Sorc do best, therefor you have huge advantage pre player skills.

Note i guess its an ulti (just cost 50 ulti tho) so it could hit hard, but considering it hit for that damage + debuff my offense + heal debuff. Its just an example of to high dmg in short time.

I pushed out 20k+ dps myself in pvp, its just broken with current TTK. And of all classes NB benefit the most, because of you do most burst with stamina build easy way to escape with bow, dodgeroll and most importantly cloak. Which is very very powerful.

It almost seems like you do not play the game. Ever fought the undying DK that can block perma root you? or how about jesus beam templars? ohh wait I know... the best escape.... you mean bolt escape across cyrodiil before you run out of mana? I know your not talking about the 2.7 second at MOST breakable cloak, that you can still get rooted aoe death or how about just negated by a potion. Do you mean the fact that cloak on a stamina build can be cast 3 times at most... so umm 8.1 seconds and then be completely out of mana and since you cant sprint during cloak you really dont go anywhere. So far I have seen MANY people post exactly why you do not know what you are talking about. TTK is about right, having to bang on people for an hour is a bit *** and slows the game down to much, especially if you are built like a squishy. IE light armor caster, you are supposed to be a glass cannon at that point.

It's impossible to "perma block". If someone is blocking all of your attacks, they are just playing better than you. If you mash down block, you will quickly run out of stamina and life. End of discussion. "Perma Block" does not and can not exist. Period. Try again. Tell me this OP DK skill, because I would love to know so I can use it.

As it stands there are a few things each class has that the others don't, and some players that are able to successfully exploit said abilities and turn in some good PvP performance. That being said, I don't think anyone questions how OP Radiant Destruction is. I wish a DK had something that dealt that much damage. I would gladly trade GDB or even Reflective Plate for Radiant Destruction.

In the screenshot it appears that you where afflicted by a mark target, and that is the reason
you get so much damage ( + crit obviously )

You know what the best part of stealth is.....it rarely ever works how you describe. There's nothing more frustrating being a class that relies on stealth to be constantly locked in combat long after the battle has ended. Also if you wanna complain about fear...which works about 40% of the time the way its supposed to, well there's a DK skill that if you catch a nightblade as he ambushes he becomes stuck. As in unable to move, attack, CC break, or anything.

Just add some crit resistance and laugh how they try to kill you. Speaking of OP stuff, how about DK's ability to tank 10+ guy, they suck all your magicka and stamina into them, or Sorcs teleport, they can even chase down mounts. If you're new console player, you've seen nothing at all, honestly.

No other class has zero form of self-shielding and is designed to rely on dodging / blocking as their primary defense.

You actually left out the only part of the equation that really matters.
Refreshing Shadows stacks with potions.
If you are not including potions the combinations are:

Nightblade:
Bosmer (21%) + Werewolf (15%) + Refreshing Shadows (30%)

Dragonknight:
Bosmer (21%) + Werewolf (15%) + Green Dragon Blood (20% Health and Stamina Regen) + Helping Hands (5% of Max Stamina each time an Earthen Heart ability is used)

Templar:
Bosmer (21%) + Werewolf (15%) + Radiant Aura (30% Stamina and Health Regen; 10% Magicka Regen)

Sorcerer:
Stamina build hard mode

This is very very funny.. It's useless trying to say how much NB are strong, they are going to cry about sorcs and cover your thread and you will be outnumbered, like 20vs1.
what i would like to say is that everybody should try all the 4 classes before speaking about them.
I actually have one v14 breton magicka sorc, one tanky Imperial v14 DK and a v2 bosmer nightblade.
Many people cry about bolting sorcs, but.. I actually found a nightblade is waay easier to play.. come on, if the fight is too strong, you just cloak and choose another one. On my v2 NB i have full weapon dmg crafted gear (over 2.3k) and over 2k recovery. Why would I need a shield if I can kill anyone or just cloak away if I can't?
And please stop whining about "tanks" when you exploit double sharpened maces and hit them for 12k incapacitating strikes.. that's ridicolous
Every NB on the forum would like to win 1vs20 killing everybody one by one, cloaking between opponent's deaths.. try to play the same way with a stamina sorc then..
