I recently bought ESOTU for the Xbox One and for some reason my password wouldn't work for anything. Try to recover password and... forgot secret answer. Open ticket with customer support, 18 hours later get response, something like "We take security seriously. We see you have last 4 digits of CC. We see your ticket involving DEACTIVATED account. I am going to escalate this to proper department. Warm Regards." Fast forward 30 hours since then, no response. So while I waste my whole first weekend trying to play this game, figured I'd come make a forum post asking how does an account get deactivated, and what can I do to speed this process up.
