can't get off bleakrock isle

hello. i traveled back to bleakrock to finish up some quests, and now the NPC that runs the boat isnt there. there were 3 of us (players) there all not being able to get off the isle. any help is welcome.

    You can use the waypoint shine to teleport there are back to the main city.

    I'm guessing you can't fast travel to another wayshrine either?

    Alternative to the wayshrine, If you have progressed far enough into the quest chain that Bleakrock has become overrun by invading force (which may be why your boat is no longer available) then you may need to complete the end quests i.e. the escape through the crypts and thus open access to the boat that takes you to the next zone.

    A maxed out luggage draught horse should be allowed to carry a wayshrine

    I went back to Bleakrock with a treasure map & also couldn't leave the island at the docks as there wasn't an NPC there to ask for a return trip. Thanks for your advice.

    If you are over level 5 you must use the wayshrine or your map to travel to the island and off the island.

    How would I do that? My map won't reach over the limits of the island

    Click M for map. Then in the upper right corner you will see a pushpin icon. When you hover over it the icon is for Locations. Click on that. You will then see a list of all maps. Find the one you need to get back to and click on that map. You will then see any wayshrines you can travel to on the map.

    Let's say you need to get to Stonefalls. Go to Bleakrock Wayshrine. Click E so you don't have to pay to travel then click on Stonefalls under Locations. If you have been there before you will see any wayshrines you have discovered at Stonefalls. Left click on the wayshine and travel off the island.
