Cannot start Consumables Writ?

I am trying to start the Consumables writ in Daggerfall, but there is no marker and I cannot start the quest. I can do the Equipment writ, but not consumables.

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭A few possible solutions.
1. If you have already levelled up your Enchant/Provisioning/Alchemy skills up significantly, you may have to go to either Wayrest in Stormhaven (i.e. 2nd zone capital city), or Belkarth in Craglorn.
2. If you have never completed the Certification process for consumables, check for a quest giver in the mage's guild in Daggerfall (first zone).
3. If you are NOT certified for consumables, and can't see the quest giver for this, a guildmate solved this bug by grouping up with someone else who could see the quest giver.1
