There's no Akaviri motif, but there are certain drops that appear to be in an Akaviri style. So you can't craft it, but you might be able to find it.
Maybe check out the Redguard style greatsword. It looks less cumbersome to me, and you might find it seems somewhat fitting for a rogue. Dang...I was hoping to be able to craft a katana or something similar. I'm running a nb and was planning on taking a skill or two from the 2H line. Unfortunately, a great sword just looks much too cumbersome for a fleet-footed, stealthy, rogue type character. I'd prefer something craftable just because I want those special perks from the hidden set bonuses.
