Nightblade's Blur

Hello. I want to point out that Nightblade's Blur has a serious bug: the person who used the skill can actually dodge heals. Either self heals or someone else's heals, they are all dodgeable. This makes the skill quite contraditory, if you dodge the healer's "breath of life" and get hit by an enemy.

    I am a NB sap essence tank. I experienced the same with the Major Evasion Buff of Blur !!!
    So for 20% less damage I got 20% less heal from my sap essence.
    ... the only benefit seems to be 20% less block costs inflicted.
    hm

    Does anyone know whether the Hist Bark set suffers also from dodged heals ?
