Can't Equip Bow (purchased from guild store) - 'is' in inventory, but does not appear

Hi All -

Has anyone encountered this issue (I'm playing on XB1)? Around lvl 5-7, I took what little gold I had at the time and bought a lvl 21 blue bow from the guild store in the vulkhel guard outlaws refuge, which I received as an email attachment. It has been sitting in my inventory the whole time, I took the attachment immediately. Just finally hit lvl 21, and now my bow does not appear at all when I try to equip in my inventory... I know it is in there though, because if I go to a woodworking station, it shows up and I have the ability to deconstruct/research it. Any help/experience with this issue would be appreciated.

Hi @bw2208 !

Have you checked your junk tab? A lot of times that's a tab used for safekeeping an item.
