"The Veiled Choice" - Unable to loot a quest item bug

I am in the middle of the named quest, uppon the part where I am suppose to loot the disgust, a message says: "unable to loot quendeluun veiled heritance disguise"

Has this happen to anyone or should I submit a ticket?

Check your inventory, you may already have one, I think that message you quote is what you'll see in this case, the items are 'unique' so you can only carry one of them .. and if you killed two mobs and AoE looted you'll get that for the second if both mobs dropped it.

Nah, otherwise the quest would not keep telling me to pick it up.
