the topic of proper item stacking needs to be addressed.

the guild bank and personal inventory doesn't stack items properly. i completely understand that drams of health with two different numerical effects won't stack, but our guild bank's slots are being taken up by 30 individual TA runestones.

considering our guild bank is based around getting specific material to certain people, these stacking problems are not only inconvenient, but cumbersome.

anyone else experiencing this? is this going to be patched?

There was a duplication exploit at pc launch via guild banks, ZOS disabled and has not fixed it since.

The PC players have been taking about this since launch. Eventually we used an add on called Roomba, but console players are SOL. Hopefully they will actually create a lot of these simple functions now that they can't rely on modders to pick up the slack.

First, the background is that stacking used to work in guild banks, but that led to a duplication bug/exploit through which many unscrupulous individuals were able to make endless duplicates of rare (but stackable) items appear.

Absolutely it circumvents it, because it functions by removing the items from the guild bank into your inventory, stacking them there, and then placing them back in the guild bank. It's exactly the same as you manually going into the guild bank, removing each Ta that you see in there, stacking them in your inventory, and then depositing the stack back in the bank.

it is insane.

they should also let you take a few items from a stack from guild banks.

I don't want 100 dwarven ingots, only 20, i shouldn't have to withdrawl 100, split the stack from my side, and deposit again.

same goes for the guild stores honestly.

let me put 200 ore in the store at 2 gold each and let people buy 1,20,14, or 22 if they wish.

This was probably the most frustrating thing I have experienced in this game thus far. With having to log out to get my mail (even still) coming in second.

Roomba is the reason I am not currently in an insane asylum.

Whoever created it, I owe you my life!
