werewolf blood rage

Do u guys know if u upgrade the blood rage on werewolf tree you dont get as much time cuz its 1 sec n only can occur once every 3 secs . The when u put only 1 point in it. It goes up by 3 secs but once every 5 secs do the math right ur see what im talking about

✭✭✭✭✭It's a tool tip error. Ranks 1 and 2 both increase time by 3 seconds. Rank 1 has a 5 second cooldown, rank 2 has a 3 second cooldown.PS4 / NA
