Is there a bank in coldharbour

Just got to coldharbour did a quest came back to the hollow city. I cant seem to find a bank So question is is there a bank in hollow city and if not if i go back to riften can i wayshrine back to coldharbour because I'm not seeing it on the map? Thanks for any help

Yes, its on the East side, not to far from the gate you go out to the east side of the zone.

Yes, there is. It's in the south-east portion of the city across from the general store/grocer.

The bank building is right beside the city gate where you first enter the Hollow City, across from the tavern. You might have to do a few quests first, as more facilities become available the more people you rescue from Molag Bal and his minions.

Yes there is a bank. It's kind of on the opposite side of the city from the wayshrine by the tavern and grocer.
You should be able to wayshrine back tho, did you discover the wayshrine there yet?

Forgot about that. Most Vendors up there are closed until you rescue the citizens from various places. I think the bank is always open, but can't remember. I was using Reaper's March for my Banking at the time.......

Those markers will show up as you find and rescue people in the zone.

Maybe the bank is closed until you finish the Mages and Fighters portions. Even though the map icon is missing, the flag on the front of the bank is still there. So, see if you can open the door yet.

That's possible. For some reason I thought the bank was there right from the beginning, but now that I think about it, I'm not sure if I've ever tried to go to the bank in the Hollow City before doing a bunch of questing to the West (I always quest West first in Coldharbour).

Bank is most definitely available as soon as you get to HC, as is the grocer just across the street from it...

And just when you though you finally had gotten rid of her, you realize that the most annoying banker in all of Tamriel has moved into the bank in Coldharbour ...

Yeah i have two wayshrines but looking at the map its weird no chest above the building or anything not even for the crafting areas so i had to run around everywhere finding places

The sad thing is that it was actually a really good line to have a banker say, and it was well delivered. The only problem is that she would always say it, and there was (at the time) no way to ever cut her off, so she would always say the same thing over and over every single bloody time. I wish that they had added the line back in when they made the change to NPCs so that when you select an option their audio stops. All of the people who hated the line still wouldn't ever have to hear it, but if you ever wanted to hear it, it'd still be there.
