Is there a way to know what time it is in game?

    TBH, no, I look at where the sun is.

    Seriously, that's what I do, at least so I know if there's any point starting something before the stupidly dark night comes and makes exploration in the world impossible for several hours.

    If you're on PC, there are addons for this.

    Huh? There are about three places in the entire game where dark is truly dark. (And my gamma is as low as it goes.)

    There are equally (in game) creative light sources you can use in such cases, if you look hard enough.
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

    IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
    I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

    Remember the sun rises in the East and settles in the West.

    So where the son is located can tell you the time somewhat. There needs to be an in game clock

    We're all living the same day over and over again. Sheogorath just eats a different amount of cheese off the moons each day.

    I see that as an 'authentic' means of telling time and I love it at night because when objects I want light up and I know gotta stop here... and here... and here... =)

    Sometimes i try the whole "look at the sun"deal ill look 20 minutes later and that dang orb didn't move! i guess a follow up question would be how long is a day in the life of tamriel? :p

    Truthfully in my opinion a means to tell the time besides looking at the sun/moons would be nice...
