The cave does not have your name on it.
Nor is it instanced as its a public area.
Perhaps they were griefing you because you told them to bugger off in a public area ?
But theres my name written on nit... :PRune_Relic wrote: »I hate griefers...but it sounds like you have lost your way too.

PVE grind in a pvp zone. WTB crackwood xp nerf. If you take a spot in the alliance population, I expect you to participate in pvp, not grind CP.
I clear out any disturbing factors on AD/DC EU, 10k per run.
Also accepting payment in the form of tri pots.

We asked them kindly to leave, and when they responded back rudely, I got on my EP sorcerer and killed them all. This continued, they would keep coming back and I would keep killing them until it was down to just two more AD that kept coming back relentlessly, just trying to ruin our xp.
So, instead of killing them every 5 minutes, I decided to get to the "root" of the problem
After holding them there for about 40 minutes, they both left. Something tells me they won't be bothering us again for a while.
If either of them are reading this, then all I have to say is thanks for playing! It gave me quite a good laugh
If i understand this right, you are playing your AD and EP characters in the same cyrodiil campaign? That should not be possible.

I see no issue here? He wants the XP so he's not wasting his time or dealing with leeches, so he kills them.
They could either leave or win the fight.
It's not charity or the whole "well everyone can come to the delve". Sure they can, and they can fight over the grind. Don't like it, go back to PvE land.
No different than when a player would ask a friend to come clear them out.
The issue is that he admittedly asked people to leave a public area, and accused *them* of griefing when they told him to sod off. So he logs an alternate faction toon to punish them for daring to defy his request, then opens a brag thread about.
Clearly cyro delves are survival of the fittest, and these AD were found lacking, that's a feel good outcome for all fans of pvp. And I love a story about a solo sorc wrecking yellows as much as the next guy...probably more. It's the framing of the story that is rubbing people wrong.
I don't think german needs you rylana lol

I guess I was naive when I thought that people would realize that if I wasn't doing it someone else would (someone else always does with game mechanics like this).
I never complained about people coming, it is a competitive spot and they did what they could to kill me. Keep in mind it is a competitive place they were doing all they could to compete with me and try to kill me (beforehand there were v14s coming as well from AD that were unsuccessful).
If I had been defeated and unable to keep control of the grind spot (which isn't a sense of entitlement, it's a sense of me beating these players in a competitive environment given the current game mechanics) then someone else would have come and done exactly what I was doing. In all probability they probably wouldn't have been polite about the whole manner as well.
I never claim to be entitled to the cave. But I am a realist, and I was at the top of the food chain in this situation. When is the last time you saw a wolf politely ask a rabbit to leave their area because the wolf was hunting? (probably never because wolves can't talk or communicate with rabbits)
So please do not come here with an air that most people would not do the same if they didn't have the means, given current game mechanics and how things work.

A wolf doesn't ask anything of a rabbit. A wolf snaps the rabbits neck and then dines.Germtrocity wrote: »I never claim to be entitled to the cave. and that's where the truth ends haha.
So my mate wanted to grind out some level before his misso came over. I asked him to make sure it was clear of AD before going on the buff server. It was clear so we spent a good 20 mins before 1 dude showed up. He didn't hit anything which was pretty weird for an VR14 in Crackwood.
Arcane requiem and his little AD made threaten to bash us if we didn't leave. After an exchange of lols he changed to his sorc to only end up dying and getting the standard tbag.
His mate kept grinding with us for a while then 3 reds came in to wipe us. On our return dark syner rocked up and helped us wipe them.
Continuing with some fun chat. Mostly us lol'ing at his mate. Then we for stuck in the water. So I went and did a load of washing and made some food.
I'm quiet disappointed you didn't make a video like you said you would. Another lie to add to your list I guess. Now how am I going to link it to my mum?
