The quests are sort of boring. I mean you see a farmer where bandits are attacking his farm, but do you get a quest to kill said bandits? Nope, you get a quest to go and talk to so and so 4 miles away lol
console player?

Exactly. Furthermore there is a very limited (when you look at the number of quests in this game) number of types of quests. Even before lvl 50 i often had a nasty deja vu, and after starting vr zones... yeah lets not even talk about it.

You should be comparing ESO to other MMOs, and not single player games. Now if ESO was ACTUALLY Elder Scrolls 5, or 6 or even Skyrim: 2 - I would understand the comparison, but it's not - it's Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - a massively multiplayer online role playing game set in the Elder Scrolls Universe.
All that said, I do agree that the quests can be a bit boring at times - especially when the quest is not part of any larger story-line, but that has always been the case with any questing in any MMO. And even though I can get bored with the quests after a couple hours, there is so much more to do in the game to get me away from the quest grind.
For example, when you're bored with quests you can:
Explore, and discover chests, skyshards, easter egg type stuff.
Queue up Cyrodiil and smash faces, or explore.
Work on crafting, collect materials, sell stuff.
Dungeons, delves, world bosses, dark anchors, etc.
Grind mobs to level?
Anything the least bit repetitive can get boring, that's why you mix it up.
I think what kills it for me is no real repercussions. In skyrim and oblivion when you die to a boss you had to begin back at the beginning of the dungeon. Here, well just rez where you died and try again. The "suspense" of dying and resetting creates a lot of fun in this regard as you get a better sense of accomplishment, at least in my case. Again, here, you can simply rez through a whole dungeon till you get it.

Bored? Nope. Too much stuff to do.
My immediate thought is that anyone who could play Oblivion 50 with with different characters and such should, under no circumstances, have any trouble finding something to do with ESO. Oblivion had a lot of hours in it, but I never felt it had 50 times worth of play in it, no matter how many mods I had in it. Skyrim has more hours than Oblivion, but not enough for 50 times.
I don't have very many hours in ESO, only about 1300 hours. I still do not have a VR 14 and I have only one character that has even reached level 50. I have not completed the Level 1-50 content for two of the Alliances. I do not have any level 50 crafters.
I have so much stuff left to do that my current impression is that I will never run out of things to do.
I do when i play solo pve. Its badly designed, with terrible amount of fetch quests, granted full voiced. If not for pvp and sometimes a dungeon i would log in even less.
Ok, I don't know anything about being that far into the game, so I'll take ur word for it. Imperial city should help with that tho

I cant communicate much on there due to the fact that the times I play are when the Family is asleep, so makes it hard to PVP with friend or group.
I really like Crafting but like every one says there is so much you can do and learn almost at times of starting is overwhelming. But I love the concept behide ESO crafting with different races making the weapon looking different and so fourth. Just hate Grinding and Repeatingeverything just to barly do anything.

There is A LOT to do and thats and understatement but to finish that stuff you have to grind for hours and hours!!! I walked around the other night looking for ore for about 40 minutes and I found ten spots and got 3 Ores from it, Also while searching I killed anything and everything and took all the equipment it had avaible so I could deconstruct and gain Exp and resoruces. I'm little over rank 3 in black smithing and level 2 almost 3 in clothing and tailoring, I cant figure out how to reseach anything yet I got stones for both armor and weapons traits but cant research anything..
I've grinded MOBs for equipment and Exp I've done 2 dungens I've tried PVP but got killed every time I encountered some one and when I say kill its more like turned to dust just by them looking at me!!! I dont know what more I can do to saalvage my joy fo the game.Besides GRIND and that sucks
Crafting is cool and all, but completely useless for most new players, especially those on PC. .

I got this game preordered of Xbox live, and have been playing since i could. I put 2-3hrs a day in with even more on Sundays & i haven't even got off the first area except for going into Cyrodil for PvP. Mind you I have completed every quest i could find in Auridon, cleared every section, hunted all the skyshards and spend quite abit of time stealing from shops to deconstruct for mats to craft. If the game keeps going this way with all 3 factions to play i'm going to be kept interested for a long time.
